Order did not convert
Confirm the cart includes every component in an active rule, trial/plan allows conversions, and fulfillment mode is Order Edit. Check Ledger for a failed row.
ShipStation still shows components
The connector likely imported before Order Edit finished. Re-import the order or delay auto-import until the order is edited.
Trial or plan blocked
Trial is 14 days / 25 conversions. Starter 125/mo, Professional 525/mo, Enterprise unlimited. Open Plan inside the app to subscribe.
